A Must-Try Treatment before using CPAP Machine. December 15, 2008 J. Gong I suffer from snoring or mild sleep apnea for many years. This pillow is really helpful for anti-snoring. I suggest those who suffer from sleep apnea should try this pillow before you use CPAP Machine.
Works much better than expected. October 16, 2008 Todd Troutman (Alabama) Totally stopped my snoring except when I force myself onto my back in the middle of the night. I tried two things at once, this pillow and a dentist fitted appliance. The appliance did not work at all, it was uncomfortable and made me slobber all over the place like an animal. The pillow was 1/4 the cost and works perfectly. Highly highly recommend trying it. So what if it costs a lot, if you are keeping your partner up at night, it's worth trying all available solutions that might work.
Don't buy this pillow unless you have money to burn September 28, 2008 M. Schaal This pillow cost me $160 including tax and shipping. I tried it three nights in a row to try to get "used to it" as recommended, and got NO SLEEP. It was so uncomfortable. It gave me a crick in my neck, my arm kept falling asleep and waking me up, and the pillow is too hard and made my ears sore. In addition, you can't return it! If I had known this, I wouldn't have bought it. Nowhere on the site did I see any mention of a non-return policy. So unless you have money to burn, don't buy this pillow!
Stop snoring now September 26, 2008 Simon Walters (Orlando, FL) Its not often a pillow can help someone out. I purchased this gift for my Father in law who has a snoring problem and after just a few nights of this his problem was solved. He was thrilled with it so much he purchased another one for his vacation home so he would never be without it.
Awesome when used properly July 27, 2008 Christopher P. Parent 2 out of 2 found this review helpful
I'm giving this 5 stars based solely on my fiance's claims that I no longer snore when I use this pillow properly (that is, on my side, on the side of the pillow). The pillow takes some "practice"... it took me about 2 straight weeks of randomly-awake nights before I slept straight through. Of course, maybe that's why my fiance said I stopped snoring - I wasn't sleeping! I used to be a stomach sleeper with a fluffy pillow (this pillow is comfortable but sturdy), so this was a change. It's also a little long. It kept sticking over my bed and knocking things off my night-stand. But again, very small price for not snoring. So yes, it takes a couple of weeks before you're "broken in" - but that's a small price to pay for not having someone say almost every day: "I'm so tired - you snored all night!" Note: This pillow DOES come with a pillow case. I bought an extra "sona-fitted" case when I bought this, but it already had one. Two cases isn't a bad thing at all, though.
