Perfect August 30, 2010 K. Staffieri (FL, US) This is a perfect leg spacer for those who have back problems. I sleep so much better with it.
Comfortable but a bit large August 17, 2010 kweston This is a quality crafted and easy to clean product. Unfortunately, I am a smaller sized person and the pillow just seems too large between my legs.
Knee pillow (for back alignment) August 16, 2010 Ponytail Pam (Los Angeles, CA) I find this pillow a bit too bulky for my needs, but am using it anyway. It makes a great head rest/cradle in different positions. Would have like something a big more trim. Can't really be put in a suitcase for a trip.
Helps with morning back pain August 7, 2010 Ms_k 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
I suffer from degenerative disc disease and wake up every morning with excruciating back pain. After finally breaking down and buying various devices to help me sleep better, I have to say that this one is a keeper. I've used pillows in the past to place between my knees. This is a good substitute which is more suited for its purpose. Pillows are too big, especially when you need to re-adjust during the night. I can find this easily at night and place it where it should be. It is very soft, and has just enough "give" so works even as the hours of sleep go by. It may not be suited for heavier people, but I am small so it works just fine for me.
Decent construction, decently stiff and dense, problem is knees too spaced. July 23, 2010 Samuel L. Jackson (Honolulu) the design of these dont work properly for me because the pillow is reasonably dense and the upper leg rests uncomfortably at an angle and hits pressure points on my lower leg's ankle area. the quality and construction isnt whats at fault its just the fact that your ankle area needs lift and support also. i tried this for a few days but am back to my cheap costco memory foam body pillow that covers the knees, ankles and feet.
basically i think the bodypillow is your best bet.
