Looks good, but not 100% egyptian cotton May 24, 2010

This duvet is a good looking addition to a bedroom. The stripes are subtle and look good as the cover is relatively wrinkle free even after washing. I would have preferred 100% egyptian cotton and would have paid a premium price for it, but I am pleaased with this cover. There are buttons on one end so you can open it up and put your comforter inside. Once inside, i grab the two corners and line them up with the corners of the duvet. I then shake the duvet and comforter out until it lays flat. I then button it up and it is secure until its time to come out and wash the cover. Now I just need to find some matching pillowcases for this duvet and I'll be set.

I love this duvet, partly BECAUSE its not 100% cotton! The blend ensures not only that its wrinkle-free out of the dryer (and who seriously irons their duvet?!) AND its super soft. For the price, you can't beat the quality. Buy two, they're cheap!
Good Product, Inaccurate Description May 6, 2010

I ordered the "beige" version and I'm happy with the look and feel of it, but be aware that the description of the color is very inaccurate. The photo shows a truly beige color, but the actual product is much closer to ivory or even off-white -- which is actually what I was hoping.
Also be aware that both of the words "white" and "beige" appear in the beige version's title -- just in case like me you're thrown off when the word "white" appears next to the presumably beige product in your cart.

We had done some research on fabric so that my wife could make her own but after finding this duvet cover, we determined that it was an even better price than the same amount of fabric would have cost us (and minus the work)! It seems reasonably durable, fits well, and is just as the description and pictures indicate.
