I was a bit scared to buy a duvet, I read the reviews and said well this is a great price and it seems good enough what the heck! OMG .... I recently purchased a king size bed so my queen size duvet just wont do it anymore. WHICH I AM NOT TOO SAD ABOUT .. this duvet leaks everywhere!!! They get all over my boyfriend's shirt while he sleeps, he wakes up sneezing its horrible! I was pleased at first ive had this duvet for a yr I only dry clean it about every 3 months, I wash the Duvet cover once a week. Now I am on the hunt for a new one and believe me I will not be buying this brand anymore. I do not recommend I paid 215.00 for it and the way I see it , you might as well pay the full 600.00 for a QUALITY DUVET. Overall the Duvet was warm and perfect for Miami weather still kept me warm and cool at the same time.... But when I look under my bed every 2 days... it looks like a goose died under my bed.. =(

I bought this for my 24 year old daughter who is always cold at night. She purchased a cheap down comforter at a discount store and was very upset about the quality. When this arrived at the house where she is living, I got a call immediately. She loved everything about this Royal Velvet Majestic Gold Down Comforter. She called me the next morning to tell me she had one of the best nights sleep in a long time. She loves the weight and the warmth. I am very happy I made this purchase for her as she is hard to please but she absolutely loves this comforter!

When I first got this comforter, we loved it. Very warm and fluffy. Only after a few months, the down shifted to the ends of the comforter and the middle is empty of down. Burrrrr. It is really hard to fluff the down back to the middle again and when you do, a month later, it has shifted again. This is not a "baffle box" design. I thought the whold idea of baffle box design was to keep the down from shifting!
