waste of money... July 28, 2010 chris i loved this soap dispenser, till about 3months after i bought it...it stopped working. everytime i tried putting soap in it, it would not stop dispensing. something was wrong with the sensor.
Great Product July 28, 2010 Marinelender Buy it just for the cool factor.....or because it's neat, clean and sanitary. I would give it five stars except you need to drill a very small hole in the cap to keep the dispenser from getting vacuum locked.
Hand free soap dispenser July 21, 2010 Mary Shannon Love this soap dispenser. Received one as a gift, liked it so much had
to get another one. So easy to use, just remember to turn it off when you
wipe it off. Batteries last a long time, have had my first one for a year & a half,
& have not had to change the batteries.
Lousy Product July 20, 2010 A. E. Siegman (STANFORD, CA United States) Attractive, convenient, useful product -- great when it works. Problem is, we've now been through two of them. both of which worked for a while, then failed. And when it fails (or the batteries just run down), changing the batteries means wrestling with a tiny, cheaply made screw on the bottom of the unit to get a plastic cover off; replacing 4 expensive AA batteries; getting the cover back on -- and maybe it works or maybe it doesn't. If it does (as both of ours did a couple of times) you're OK. If it doesn't (as both of ours eventually did), you've got 4 new batteries locked up inside it, and 4 removed batteries which you don't know whether are still good or not. Won't deal with this brand again.
It's a cool looking unit...but..... July 17, 2010 S. Costello (Arizona) It's a cool looking unit, and boy am I glad I got it on sale for $[...] bucks. It chews up batteries...that is my biggest complaint. I have a Soap Magic dispenser and have not had to change the batteries once in it.....I've changed the batteries three times in the few months that I have owned this. Purchase at your own risk.
