Terrible Customer Service. December 3, 2009
Let It Snow
This is a decent product and may be right for you, but you should consider the following things before purchase:
First, the picture probably seems to you like a nice thick tapestry for your wall, while the design and colors are exact, it is basically a bedsheet.
Second, the customer service is lacking. First they sent me the wrong product, I had to wait probably about 3 weeks to get what I originally ordered. Second, when I left very fair and honest feedback, they sent me a rude email back trying to get me to change it when it was absolutely true. Third, after all the trouble I had getting what I actually ordered, I recieved a phone call from a very rude woman who was complaining that I hadn't sent back the original wrong product yet when I had only gotten the right one less than two days before. But if this is what you want to deal with, go right ahead and buy. You might not get what you want and if you leave no less than 5 stars they will be hassling you.
