The bridge part sinks in between the matresses, thus defeating the purpose of the thing. I anchored it down to the matresses using bobpins to make it work, and placed a mattress topper on. Still it depresses a little bit. This item is way overpriced.

This product, while doing what it is designed to do, is best when used with a mattress topper or comforter. It does create a bulge. I think it is a bit overpriced for what it is.

This is a very clever thing and so simple its unlikely to pose any problems. You simply put the trundle and the day bed next to each other - lay the sheepskin over the crack and then attach the elastic straps. After a few days you may need to tighten the girth - just like on a horse! My guests have all been happy on their king sized bed although there seems to be a variety of opinions on which way to sleep. It also comes in a convenient bag so it can be stored when not in use. A day bed with trundle and this little gadget is much better than a traditional sofa bed - more versatile and easy to set up.
