I have never had an experience like this with a company associated with Amazon.com before. I buy from them weekly. I have only ever received the absolute best quality products and services until now. The bedding I ordered measured incorrectly. It measured 88"x94", which was the queen measurements. We purchased a king set. I received two separate shipments. Both were incorrect. Now the company refuses to send me a shipping label to return the item. I have to pay for this out of my own pocket and it is not my mistake. I am very disappointed in the quality of the customer service. The representative I spoke with told me I was just trying to get their money.

This bedding set has a duvet cover, bedskirt, two pillow shams, and two throw pillows. The colors are beautiful. The blue is much prettier than the picture. The quality is excellent! This is a real bargain.
